This website is operated by the Association of State Democratic Committees, a federal political committee (“ASDC”, “we” or “us”).

Donations to ASDC through the Site are made through ActBlue. ASDC does not collect or store any credit card information of any kind, from you.

When you make donations to us through ActBlue.

We may share information you voluntarily provide us with State Democratic Parties and the Democratic National Committee.
We may share your information with our third-party service providers who provide services such as website hosting, data analysis, the AI chatbot, infrastructure provision, IT services, customer service, email delivery services, and other similar services to enable them to provide services.
As we believe to be necessary or appropriate: (a) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to enforce our terms and conditions; (e) to protect our operations; (f) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or you or others; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.
Other than as set forth above, we will not sell, exchange or transfer your Personal Information to any other person or entity.
